One of the must-try seafood options on Cape Cod is the lobster roll. The best lobster rolls can be found at local seafood shacks and restaurants, where they’re made fresh with succulent chunks of lobster meat, mixed with mayonnaise and served on a toasted bun. Some popular spots to try a lobster roll include Arnold’s Lobster & Clam Bar in Eastham, and the Lobster Pot in Provincetown.
